The file hasn't been transferred as of yet. Boo. We're still waiting for the head of the Minor's Section to sign her name. Just her name. No report needed. No more reviewing needed. Just a simple little signature. Easy enough, right? Please pray that she will sign her name today.
I am also sending a very detailed explanation to USCIS regarding our status/situation. Please pray that their minds will be open to the listing of information as I see it. Well, it's not just me that sees the information this way. It's pretty much everyone except USCIS.

Oh the ahhhhhhhhhhhhhas and ohhhhhhhhhhhhhs and oh mys of adoption!!! Trustung with you that you hear from all the necessary entities very soon. After waiting through 5 adoptions in a suspension in Cambodia and now waiting forthree more during a suspension on adoptions in Liberia, I totally empathize with your wait !!
